It's interesting, it definitely has natural terpenes or botanical terpenes, it has a very wide range of notes when it comes to scent, it isn't the longest lasting, but I think it's possible because of the way humans get used to the smell. It sort of settles and becomes subtle. But initially, it makes a great room. Freshener and great for linen. The only thing I would advise is not using it when you have any fans on or air conditioner because the mist might be able to float into your eyes a little bit and cause us a slight discomfort, but this was helped by using my eye drops which I recently purchased from Amazon as well. So overall it comes in a nice glass bottle and it's well packaged and it comes with a very cool sleep survey that I haven't checked out yet, but it seems interesting. So I would recommend it. It's a good manly smell and it's not offensive. It doesn't smell like lavender like most linen sprays, but it has eucalyptus and a whole blend of other woodsy smells. I would say it's a good purchase. And it's made in Canada with natural products. You can't go wrong there

I LOVE this spray! The scent is so soothing and calming. You literally feel like you’re in the wilderness but in a comfortable bed! As someone who struggles with falling asleep, I feel that it has helped me drift off more easily. I like that it is small enough that I can bring it along when I travel. I will definitely be gifting it to family and friends.
